Recipe: Nitro Espresso Martini with Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam

Welcome to our first recipe entry!

Our ethos has always been "Drink Your Drink" which just means: we make the cocktail but you are in charge of how best to enjoy it. It can be as simple as us recommending serving a cocktail straight up but you prefer it on the rocks. Recently, we've been dreaming up some simple ways to customize our cocktails and add some creativity to your sipping experience! 

Turns out cold foam is super easy to make and the flavor options are seemingly endless. To celebrate fall we're using Portland Syrup Co.'s Pumpkin Spice Syrup and topping with Jacobsen Sea Salt

This recipe makes enough for two cocktails. 

Ingredients:

  • 5 TBSP Heavy Whipping Cream 
  • 1.5 Tbsp Pumpkin Spice Syrup 
  • 2 Cans Nitro Espresso Martini
  • 1 Pinch Salt

Instructions:

  1. Add Pumpkin Spice Syrup to Heavy Whipping Cream
  2. Foam until whipped
  3. Shake Nitro Espresso Martini and pour into glass
  4. Add your delicious pumpkiny cold foam
  5. Add a pinch of your favorite artisanal salt

For best results sip under a pretty tree. Cheers!
